CGAP Research Fund Supports Five New Customer Focus Projects

Washington, DC, 22 October 2014 - The Consultative Group to Assist the Poor (CGAP) announced today it had awarded more than $600,000 to support five projects aimed at better understanding and serving the financial needs of poor customers. The projects will yield insights into the preferences and behaviors of un-banked and under-banked customers and how financial service providers can meet their needs.
